We're looking for a skilled and licensed HVAC Installer Lead or Helper to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and take pride in top-quality installations, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install full HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
• Handle mechanical work—welding, plumbing, and appliance repair included
• Test systems for peak performance and safety
• Maintain accurate records of all work and materials

What You Bring to the Table:

• G2 Gas Fitter license required (313D or 313A also accepted for A/C work)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC installations
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and work independently or on a team
• Capable of welding, plumbing, and handling appliance repairs
• Boiler knowledge is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license required
