We are seeking experienced and motivated Automotive Technicians to join a busy service department in Mahwah, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who enjoy full-scope diagnostics and repair work, and who are looking for long-term career growth and professional development.

Location: Mahwah, NJ

Pay: $34.00 – $50.00 hourly flat rate + incentives and union benefits

Incentive structure for hours produced:

• 40–44.99 hrs: $1.00/hr bonus
• 45–49.99 hrs: $1.50/hr bonus
• 50+ hrs: $2.00/hr bonus
• 65+ hrs: $100 bonus

Sign-On Bonus

Monday to Friday day shift, some Saturday's.

What We’re Looking For:

• A & B Level Technicians with hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Buick/GMC dealer experience preferred.
• ASE certifications and prior technician training preferred.
• State Vehicle Inspector certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs according to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and recommend additional services if needed.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate repair records.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and continue skill development.
• Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles, work areas, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Stay current on technical bulletins and industry updates.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and report any malfunctions or safety issues.
