A well-established residential and commercial HVAC organization in the Arlington Heights, IL area is immediately looking for an experienced and results-driven Commercial HVAC Sales & Estimator to lead lead the sales efforts in HVAC system installations and repairs and provide accurate quotes/estimates for customers.

Working primarily in office, the Commercial HVAC Sales & Estimator will oversee the sales process from initial customer contact to installation/service; conduct Takeoffs for Bid Spec, Design Build and Small-Large Job quotes for the new construction and retro commercial and residential sector; prepare RFI's, as-builts/close out documents; work closely with the Project Manager to complete tasks and projects (i.e. prepare and review documentation for contracts) and clients to provide accurate material/parts/labor costs; communicate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain pricing; closely monitor and process project variations and projects costs versus budget; manage bid requests and timelines; manage and grow the sales team; other related duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years related commercial HVAC/R estimation, creating quotes and proposals experience with new construction and retro projects
• Design and build experience required
• Sales oriented and results-driven
• Engineering Degree or related Degree
• Proficient computer skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass Drug, Criminal, and MVR background check

SHIFT: Days, Monday – Friday.

COMPENSATION:

• $85,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
