As Parts Manager, you’ll be at the center of operations, responsible for sourcing, organizing, and innovating solutions for rare and hard-to-find parts that keep world-class restorations moving forward. What You’ll Do
Parts Procurement & Research
- Source rare, vintage, and specialty automotive parts using global supplier networks, online marketplaces, and industry relationships
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach—calling, emailing, negotiating, and following up with vendors worldwide
- Research and onboard new suppliers while exploring modern reproduction techniques to expand part availability
Inventory & Systems Management
- Oversee the organization, stocking, and flow of parts inventory to ensure uninterrupted shop operations
- Build and maintain accurate inventory tracking within the dealer management system (DMS)
- Conduct routine inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and manage reordering needs
Reproduction & Custom Solutions
- Lead initiatives to reproduce obsolete or unavailable parts when necessary
- Partner with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to ensure reproduced parts meet strict quality and authenticity standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with shop managers, technicians, and leadership to anticipate current and future parts needs
- Provide clear updates on sourcing status, lead times, and delivery schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Strong online research and sourcing expertise, including global e-commerce platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in complex inventory environments
- Confident communicator with proven vendor negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of automotive reproduction methods and modern manufacturing techniques
- Passion for vintage, exotic, or specialty automotive vehicles is a major plus

$70,000–$80,000 base salary to start
