About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a key leadership role within a high-end automotive restoration and service operation specializing in iconic and vintage supercars. The team is deeply committed to authenticity, craftsmanship, and excellence—treating every vehicle as a piece of automotive history.

As Parts Manager, you’ll be at the center of operations, responsible for sourcing, organizing, and innovating solutions for rare and hard-to-find parts that keep world-class restorations moving forward. If you thrive on the hunt for impossible-to-find components, enjoy building global supplier relationships, and take pride in precision and organization, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

Parts Procurement & Research

  • Source rare, vintage, and specialty automotive parts using global supplier networks, online marketplaces, and industry relationships
  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach—calling, emailing, negotiating, and following up with vendors worldwide
  • Research and onboard new suppliers while exploring modern reproduction techniques to expand part availability

Inventory & Systems Management

  • Oversee the organization, stocking, and flow of parts inventory to ensure uninterrupted shop operations
  • Build and maintain accurate inventory tracking within the dealer management system (DMS)
  • Conduct routine inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and manage reordering needs

Reproduction & Custom Solutions

  • Lead initiatives to reproduce obsolete or unavailable parts when necessary
  • Partner with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to ensure reproduced parts meet strict quality and authenticity standards

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with shop managers, technicians, and leadership to anticipate current and future parts needs
  • Provide clear updates on sourcing status, lead times, and delivery schedules

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong online research and sourcing expertise, including global e-commerce platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in complex inventory environments
  • Confident communicator with proven vendor negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive reproduction methods and modern manufacturing techniques
  • Passion for vintage, exotic, or specialty automotive vehicles is a major plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$80,000 base salary to start
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 14 days Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • A collaborative, high-performance environment driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and a shared love of vintage supercars
