Diesel Techs – Road Service + Shop Mechanics (A/B Level)

$30–$40/hr + efficiency incentives & commission

We’re hiring solid diesel techs for both road service (mobile breakdowns) and shop-based A/B level mechanics in Exeter.

If you like variety—some days on the road fixing breakdowns, other days in the shop doing diagnostics, engine work, and full repairs—this setup gives you both.

ROAD SERVICE TECH (Mobile / On-Call)

When trucks go down on the road, you’re the one getting them moving again.

• Roadside emergency repairs and diagnostics
• Communicating directly with dispatch and customers
• Keeping your service truck stocked and ready
• Working safely in roadside and field environments

SHOP DIESEL TECH (A/B LEVEL)

In the shop, it’s full-spectrum diesel repair on a wide range of equipment.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, steering, and braking systems
• Work on tow trucks, wreckers, and commercial vehicles
• Computer-aided diagnostics and air brake systems
• Routine maintenance (oil, brakes, alignments, wheel work, etc.)
• Build out full repair plans after diagnostics
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate records

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diesel repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with electrical + mechanical systems
• Experience with diesel diagnostic software
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to communicate clearly with team and customers
• Attention to detail and solid work ethic

PAY & BENEFITS

• $30–$40/hr based on experience
