As the HVAC Customer Service and Counter Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing product information to customers (phone, email, walk in); determine customer needs and upsell where possible; process all orders, warranties, and returns; update customers on status of orders; contact customers of any special deals or promotions to help drive sales; replenish stock as needed and assist with inventory management; other duties as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two (2) year's experience in a similar role from the HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

Shifts: Days, Tuesday – Friday (8am – 5pm) and Saturdays 7:00am – 1:00pm

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $28.00/hour
