A Canadian owned and operated distributor of HVAC products, replacement parts, and control systems has an immediate opening for an HVAC Technical Support & Warranty Administrator to join their team at their office in Oakville, ON.

The HVAC Technical Support & Warranty Representative will provide technical product support to Field Sales and Service Technicians and act as the main point of contact for service, support, and troubleshooting to customers and their network of service centers primarily through phone and email; process and manage warranty claims; facilitate training sessions for service technicians and sales reps; occasional troubleshooting and/or repair of products dropped to the office; off maintain and update records; other duties as required.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid 313A/D Air Condition Mechanic License (or ready to write exam)
  • G2 Gas Fitter license required
  • Strong customer service and HVAC technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computer programs and applications
  • Valid Passport and ability to travel 1-2x/year to the USA for Seminars
  • Flexible to travel with the GTA from time-to-time to provide additional support and guidance to residential or commercial HVAC technicians


SHIFT: Days, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday). NO Weekends.

 

COMPENSATION:

  • $80,000 - $90,000/year++, paid bi-weekly
