We are seeking Experienced Refrigeration Technicians to Join Our Team in Newark, NJ!

If you are an expert in repairing reefer units we want to hear from you! We're looking for Several Experienced Reefer Technicians to join our growing team. Candidates with Carrier or Thermo King experience will be given preference.

Requirements:

• Experience performing inspection and maintenance on all refrigeration units.
• Proficiency in electrical repairs, including rebuilding or replacing components.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining repair orders and documentation.
• Should hold a valid CDL or be able to obtain a CDL within six months of being hired.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 608/609 certification preferred or willingness to obtain post-hiring.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Must have your own set of tools.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $35 - $37/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays. Uniforms and specialty tools will be provided.

Shift:

Days, 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 10 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday). Flexibility is required for overtime and on-call duties.
