A well-established and Canadian-owned fire pump, diesel and electric motor service organization is immediately looking for experienced and licensed Oil Burner Technicians to primarily cover the GTA (minimal downtown work), as well as occassional coverage in Barrie, London, Tobermory, Sarnia, Kingston, and Guelph.

Using a a well-stocked company vehicle OBT's can take home, you will primarily perform in-depth inspections and certify new installations of fuel lines and fire pumps; diagnose troubleshoot, service, repair, maintenance, cleaning, replacement, rebuilding, removal, or perform flow tests of exisiting fire pumps, fuel lines, and oil-fired heating systems in commercial and industrial settings; complete logbooks, maintenance records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation; other related duties.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• OBT 1 License
• PM4 License considered a strong asset (or open to obtaining this)
• Experienced with inspecting and servicing of fuel lines and fire pumps
• Strong troubleshooting, service, and inspection skills
• Ability for overnight travel (if needed - very rare)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

SHIFT: Days, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday). On call 1 week every other week.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

• $45.00 - $55.00/hour+++
• Paid Weekly through Direct Deposit
• Oncall: $150 flat plus paid OT for any actual service calls
