Diesel Mechanic – Lansdale, PA
If you know your way around a truck and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is a solid, steady shop with real money on the table. No fluff.
We’re looking for a diesel tech who can come in, turn wrenches, and keep a fleet moving — trucks and refrigerated units.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- PMs, oil changes, electrical work, grease jobs — the basics done right
- Troubleshoot and fix trucks and reefers (transport refrigeration units)
- Handle repairs as they come in — engines, trans, brakes, suspension, driveline, DEF, exhaust, etc.
- Tear down, inspect, replace worn parts, and put it back together the right way
- Keep track of your time, parts, and inspections — no guessing
- Help knock out the backlog and keep equipment road-ready
What You Need:
- At least 2 years working on heavy-duty trucks
- Can diagnose issues, not just swap parts
- Good with tools, math, and common sense
- Able to handle the physical side — lifting, crawling, being on your feet
- Comfortable in a shop environment (heat, cold, noise, grease — you know the deal)
- Willing to work OT, weekends, holidays when needed
Pay & Schedule:
- $30.94/hr starting
- Strong OT — techs hitting $80K+
- Yearly raises
- Extra hourly premiums if you’ve got: State Inspection License, CDL, Refrigeration Cert
-
2nd Shift: 12PM–8PM
-
Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)
Benefits (Union Shop):
- Company-paid healthcare
- 401K
- Paid vacation + holidays
- Uniforms provided
This is a place you can stick around, make good money, and not deal with nonsense.
If you’re a dependable diesel tech and want a steady gig with real pay — apply.
