Job Description: As a Lead Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of trailer equipment and leading a team of mechanics. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers to ensure safety and functionality.
• Lead and train team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Rebuild, repair, and replace trailer components as required.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and address maintenance needs for trailer equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following housekeeping standards.
• Safely operate a forklift and utilize hand tools and test equipment.
• Follow all procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions effectively.
• Experience using service manuals, technical bulletins, and other reference materials.
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift.
• Must own and maintain necessary hand tools.
