In-Shop Diesel Mechanic – Day Shift

Santa Fe Springs, CA | $40.00–$45.00/hour | Monday–Friday

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a busy, well-equipped shop in Santa Fe Springs.

This is a full-time day-shift position working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will work alongside an experienced team maintaining and repairing diesel trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Handle a wide variety of repairs and maintenance
• Work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Requirements

• 5+ Years previous professional experience as a Diesel Technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on diesel trucks and trailers
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Welding experience is a strong asset but is not required

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $40.00–$45.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Technicians with strong welding experience may qualify for a substantial increase in compensation.
