Director of Shop Operations

Miami, FL | Full-Time

$130,000 - $150,000/year + Benefits

Some cars are more than just machines—they’re rolling works of art, time capsules of history, and symbols of passion. Restoring them takes more than mechanical skill. It requires vision, leadership, and the ability to orchestrate people, processes, and precision into a shop that delivers excellence at every turn.

That’s where the Director of Shop Operations comes in.

This is a leadership role at the heart of a world-class restoration and service division, a place where rare vintage supercars are brought back to life and prepared for discerning collectors and investors. The person who steps into this position will not only manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, but also guide its future—ensuring projects move seamlessly, teams are inspired and supported, and financial performance remains strong.

It’s a role for someone who thrives on building structure and systems, yet understands the artistry and nuance that goes into every project. You’ll be the one ensuring cars leave the shop restored to the highest standards of authenticity, ready to deliver unforgettable experiences for clients.

To succeed, you’ll need a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership. That means designing efficient workflows, mentoring a talented and diverse team, keeping budgets sharp, and maintaining clear communication between the shop floor, finance, and the sales side of the business. Every detail matters, from how projects are scheduled to how a freshly restored Ferrari or Lamborghini is unveiled to its new owner.

The ideal candidate brings at least a decade of experience in operations, with several years in a leadership role. A background in automotive technology or business management is important, and knowledge of vintage European supercars—especially the Italian greats—will set you apart. Strong financial acumen, process-driven thinking, and the ability to inspire a team are essential.

In return, this role offers competitive compensation with performance-based incentives, contributions toward health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

If you’re ready to lead a team dedicated to preserving and perfecting automotive history, this is your opportunity to step into the driver’s seat.
