Diesel Mechanic

$25-$35 per hour plus benefits

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

We are a reputable heavy duty diesel truck dealership in Buffalo, NY. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with experience in general repairs, warranty repairs, emissions, transmission, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

·      Perform general repairs and maintenance on commercial trucks, including but not limited to engine, transmission, and electrical systems.

·      Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.

·      Conduct warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

·      Perform emissions testing and repairs as required.

·      Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

·      Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and recommendations.

Requirements

·      Minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.

·      Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.

·      Experience with warranty repairs preferred.

·      Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing emissions, transmission, and electrical issues.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

·      Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
