Role Overview:

As a Service Advisor/Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in our busy shop, responsible for coordinating service schedules, facilitating clear communication between customers and technicians, and maintaining the overall organization of our service department. We prioritize candidates with previous experience as a Service Advisor in either an Auto Repair Shop or Dealership, but we also welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
• Saturday availability required due to peak business hours
• Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm; Saturdays, 8:00am - 4:00pm
