$30 - $40 Per Hour plus incentive program

7am – 5pm Monday – Friday plus rotating Saturday from 8am – 12noon

We are seeking an experienced Parts Department Manager to ensure the profitability and efficiency of our parts department while supporting overall dealership growth. This role is with a reputable Heavy Duty Truck Dealership in Batavia, NY.

Responsibilities:

·      Inventory Management: Oversee inventory replenishment, control on-hand inventory, and manage returns efficiently.

·      Personnel Management: Schedule shifts, maintain personnel levels, and address conflicts effectively.

·      Systems and Paperwork: Implement streamlined systems for paperwork, monitor price increases, and develop department policies.

·      Summation: Responsible for all aspects of the parts department, including personnel, inventory, and operations.

·      Working Conditions: Physically demanding position involving standing, lifting, and exposure to various materials.

Qualifications:

·      High school diploma or equivalent.

·      Basic computer skills and professional appearance.

·      Ability to work well with the public and handle multiple tasks.

·      Clean DMV license.
