Lab Technician – Oil Analysis (Day Shift | Monday–Friday)

We’re hiring a Lab Technician to take ownership of an onsite oil analysis lab supporting critical industrial equipment used around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on lab work, data analysis, and being part of a tight-knit, professional team.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• No rotating shifts, no nights

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run oil sample testing using specialized lab equipment (particle counting, water content, MPC, RULER)
• Analyze results and identify trends in fluid condition and performance
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for customers
• Track and manage incoming samples and lab data
• Assist with calibration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of lab instruments
• Work closely with internal teams and global partners

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a lab environment OR with oil/fluid analysis
• Experience with particle counters, MPC testing, or RULER technology
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems, industrial equipment, or reliability/maintenance is a strong plus
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, lab software, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your work

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Associate’s degree (technical or related field)
• Background in oil & gas, marine, or industrial services
