Rockstar Recruiting is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join a long-established company in the Hamilton area, Ontario, specializing in the largest geo-exchange projects in North America.
This is a shop and field service role supporting a mixed fleet of heavy equipment, with most repairs and maintenance handled in-house. We’re looking for a well-rounded technician who’s comfortable diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical failures of heavy-duty equipment
This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile projects while being compensated in accordance with U.S. labour standards, with wages of approximately $50 USD per hour
Exciting job projects await at the U.S. job sites in New York and Nashville.
For Mechanics interested in gaining valuable international experience, the company will assist with obtaining the required U.S. work visa.
Equipment includes drill rigs, grouting equipment, loaders, air compressors, excavators, and more related construction machinery. This role suits someone with strong fundamentals who
can handle mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and preventative maintenance work across different platforms.
Travel to geothermal installation sites for servicing and minor repair is required, but a company vehicle is provided.

This is a day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm position. No weekends!
Pay ranges from $45.00 to $70 per hour, depending on experience and location of the projects, plus a solid benefits package including an RRSP match.
