Job Description: Wealth Management Associate


Company Overview: 

     We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Wealth Management Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This individual will be a crucial member of our wealth management team, providing independent advice and customized service. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 - Hybrid


Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute strategies for sales initiatives aimed at expanding our client base and securing new business opportunities.

·      Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand potential clients' needs and demonstrate how our wealth management services can provide value to them.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, positioning our firm as a trusted advisor in wealth management.

·      Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and tailor services to meet the specific needs of clients.

·      Engage in networking events and industry conferences to promote our services and gather insights on market trends that can be leveraged to attract new clients.

·      Manage and execute a variety of projects and requests related to client service, including preparation for client meetings, and delivering results.

·      Collect and input financial planning information using financial planning software and collaborate with senior advisors on planning results.

·      Prepare and deliver investment performance, market updates, and financial forecasts to clients.

·      Implement portfolio changes and rebalancing based on research and trading team recommendations.

·      Serve as a liaison with other departments, maintaining high levels of communication and professionalism.


Requirements/Preferences:

·      2 - 5 years relevant industry experience preferred.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·      Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.

·      CFP or related certification preferred.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.

·      Ability to delegate, follow up, and work effectively in a team environment.
