About the role:
If you have a background in wealth management and investments and are an individual who enjoys problem solving and tackling interesting projects, then this role could be for you.
Our clients are three senior partners who own a group of companies. They are looking for a trusted advisor to support them with personal financial strategies, monitoring investment portfolios, working with tax advisors, accountants, and legal counsel. You will coordinate their tax filing and be proactive in tax planning. A wide range of administration to ensure smooth daily operations. You will support long-term legacy, philanthropy and foundation activities. 
Financial Management and Strategy:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive personal financial strategies including budgeting, cash flow and investment management.
- Monitor performance of investment portfolios, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
- Work closely with tax advisors, accountants and legal counsel to optimize tax strategies and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and present strategic recommendations.
 
Tax & Legal Oversight:
- Coordinate annual tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities to minimize liabilities.
- Liaise with external legal, accounting and estate planning professionals to manage trusts, wills and succession plans.
 
Administration & Organization:
- Oversee the streamlining and organization of personal administration.
- Maintain financial records, contracts and all-important documentation.
- Act as primary point of contact for all financial and administrative matters, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations.
 
Family Office & Legacy Planning:
- Support long-term legacy, philanthropy and foundation activities ensuring alignment with stated values and goals.
- Manage charitable contributions, foundation disbursements and grant making processes.
- Provide regular and structure reporting to the Office.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven background in finance, accounting, wealth management or family office services. (CPA, CFA, CFP or equivalent preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, investments and estate planning.
- 10 years plus of business experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Discretion, integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear way.
- Experience coordinating with external advisors, banks, investment managers and legal.
- Experience working with business owners

Additional: 
- This person will be employed by the partners and while it is a permanent position we are open to a ‘hybrid’ work structure and are willing to discuss the number of hours worked per week, in order to accommodate the right individual’s needs.
- This person’s workload will be solely focused on the two shareholders of the company and the Executive VP.
