The company combines advanced manufacturing with a customer-centric sales approach to deliver quality, safety, and sustainability.


They are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to support growth across Canada and the U.S. This role is ideal for a driven, data-minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing complex deals with pharmacy chains, medical clinics, wholesalers, and cannabis producers/brands.


The new hire will operate in a CRM-centric, analytics-driven environment, using technology and insight to manage pipeline activity, track KPIs, and contribute to integrated sales and marketing strategies.


The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto or surrounding areas with the ability to work from our client’s office only 2-3 times a month.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand strategic relationships with pharmacy, medical, and cannabis sector clients.
  • Drive new business through consultative selling of packaging and workflow solutions.
  • Fully own and manage all CRM activity, reporting, and forecasting, working within automated workflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive, procurement, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, bringing back competitive and regulatory insights.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of success in B2B packaging, supply chain, or manufacturing solution sales.
  • Proven results with pharmacy, cannabis, and medical distribution accounts.
  • Expert use of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) for daily pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Data-driven, process-oriented mindset with a passion for structured sales execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Health Canada or FDA compliance standards is a strong asset.


Compensation:

  • CAD $100,000-120,000 base salary
  • Incentive plan including commission and profit sharing
