Our client seeking a versatile Growth Marketing Manager to support both their portfolio companies and their parent company. This role blends B2B marketing execution with investor marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and hands-on, able to balance strategic growth initiatives with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Company Marketing (B2B Focus)
- Work directly with portfolio company leadership to drive marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
- Create compelling sales sheets and collateral to empower sales teams.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring accurate representation of capabilities and optimized for SEO and conversions.
- Support lead generation through digital campaigns, content creation, and graphic design.
- Provide marketing process improvements and operational support to streamline go-to-market efforts.
Investor Marketing (Parent Company)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to communicate our acquisition strategy, portfolio developments, and overall value proposition to investors.
- Build and manage landing pages, funnels, and lead capture systems to grow investor email and subscriber lists.
- Create and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and updates to engage investors and stakeholders.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) with a focus on A/B testing, ROI optimization, and lead conversion.
- Write clear, compelling copy for websites, campaigns, and investor communications.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a private equity, or startup.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Experience designing marketing materials and campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills for both technical and investor-facing content.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
