Our client is a boutique real estate consulting and development management firm that oversees complex multi-family residential and mixed projects from feasibility through construction and occupancy across British Columbia.


Role Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the Principal and development managers in advancing multiple projects through acquisition, approvals, design coordination, and construction. The position acts as a key extension of senior leadership, helping maintain project momentum, prepare materials for decision-making, and coordinate consultants and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Principal and development managers on several complex real estate projects
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and background analysis
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through planning, design, and construction
  • Track project schedules, deliverables, and approvals
  • Assist with municipal submissions, rezoning, and permitting processes
  • Ensure meetings and decisions are well prepared and documented
  • Maintain organized project documentation and correspondence


Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in real estate development, planning, or project coordination
  • Degree in real estate, commerce, business, planning, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interest in complex urban development and project delivery
