About Our Client:

Our client is looking for an energetic, motivated, and career-minded Sheet Metal Worker to support HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system installations. This role is responsible for sheet metal layout and fabrication within a shop environment, as well as coordinating warehouse and inventory activities to support field operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and experienced in HVAC sheet metal fabrication, with the ability to balance technical work and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Layout and fabricate sheet metal fittings required for HVAC field installations
• Size ductwork for residential and/or commercial projects
• Coordinate and maintain inventory control processes
• Keep the office and warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Run materials and equipment to field crews as required
• Complete restocking sheets and process incoming orders
• Receive, put away, and track inventory
• Perform regular inventory counts
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Sheet Metal Journeyperson (3rd or 4th year preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC sheet metal layout and fabrication experience in a shop environment
• Proven ability to size duct systems accurately
• Inventory control or warehouse coordination experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clear criminal record
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, carrying, climbing, and loading/unloading materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy; previous administrative or accounting experience considered an asset
• Excellent time management, organization, and task completion skills
