About Our Client:
Our client is a boutique accounting firm in Richmond, and they require a person to support them with a variety of administrative duties. We are looking for an individual who has worked in an office before and can step in and learn the role quickly. You will be working three days a week for five to seven hours a day in-office.
The Administrator will work closely with the Administration Manager to ensure seamless client data management, office supplies, inventory and data entry.
Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Overseeing client reception
- Answering reception calls and directing them appropriately
- Maintaining the current client database, including ongoing updates
- Client intake and logins of client engagements
- Preparing client communication to be sent via mail
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Managing office supply inventories
- Maintaining the office environment
- Maintaining the digital filing system, including scanning and archiving paper files
- Data entry and updates as needed
