About the client:


Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven organization operating in the B2B SaaS space. They provide a specialized platform used by organizations to support critical decision-making, compliance, and risk management across global markets.


With increasing demand and strong growth, they are looking to add a high-performing Sales/Account Executive to their team in North America.


This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established organization expanding into North America and have the chance to drive company’s success and make a significant impact.


Please note: the ideal candidate can be based anywhere in British Columbia and will be working fully remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (or related fields), ideally with exposure to compliance and regulated sectors
  • Strong track record managing full sales cycles (prospecting to close)
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset


Compensation:

  • $90,000-100,000 annual base salary
  • 8-10% uncapped commission on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) with the opportunity to increase percentage of commission when surpassing quota. Expected OTE for year one: $200k+.
