About the Role:
Our client is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow corporate accounts while overseeing high-value print projects. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone with a strong background in print production, e-commerce, or manufacturing sales. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored print solutions and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier results. Performance will be measured through KPIs related to response time, client satisfaction, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and high-value client accounts
- Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Meet KPIs related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Own and manage communication queues through Intercom
- Consult with clients to develop custom print solutions based on their needs
- Prepare quotations and process orders for custom print projects
- Meet local clients onsite at the Richmond headquarters
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project timelines, specifications, and client communication
- Maintain accurate records and project tracking using CRM system
- Foster long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Promote the company brand through professional engagement and industry presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the paper and print industry
- At least 2 years of account management or sales experience in e-commerce or print
- Strong understanding of custom print formats, premium paper stocks, and specialty finishes
- Proven ability to manage high-value, large-volume client projects
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools like Intercom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- In-depth knowledge of paper coatings and specialty print techniques
- Experience in quoting, packaging development, or print consulting
Location: Richmond, BC (Onsite)
Salary and benefits: Up to $65,000 | Paid Vacation | Health Benefits
Work schedule: 9:30am-5:30pm (M-F)
