About the client:
Our client offers a global AML (Anti-Money Laundering) country risk intelligence platform used by financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, and multinational organizations. They provide jurisdictional risk ratings, reporting, and datasets that help compliance and risk teams make informed decisions about country exposure, sanctions, corruption risk, and financial crime compliance.
As they continue to grow internationally, they are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support campaign delivery and marketing operations across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role ideal for an early-to-mid career B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in executing digital campaigns, supporting content initiatives, and ensuring marketing activities run smoothly and on schedule.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and measurable pipeline impact.
Please note: the role can be based anywhere in Canada and will be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web, and other outbound channels
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound initiatives
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables
Content & Event Support
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing content (blogs, reports, case studies, newsletters)
- Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all materials
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Track campaign performance metrics (leads, conversions, engagement, pipeline contribution)
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
- Maintain CRM and marketing automation data accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales to support lead follow-up and campaign alignment
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as required
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, compliance, or professional services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow within a scaling organization
Compensation:
- $60,000-90,000 base salary (certainly negotiable, not a deal breaker)
