Job Overview


The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving inbound goods, managing stock counts, and keeping shelves replenished to support efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are critical to success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Lead, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to schedule and prepare for inbound shipments.
  • Verify all deliveries by cross-checking purchase orders, packing slips, and received goods for accuracy and quality.
  • Record and process transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, adjustments).
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all inbound shipments.
  • Store inventory efficiently in racking or designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.

2. Inventory Control & Counting

  • Plan and conduct regular inventory counts in coordination with warehouse leadership.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, providing clear explanations and corrective actions.
  • Execute necessary system adjustments in the ERP to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.

3. Restocking & Bin Maintenance

  • Replenish picking shelves to prevent delays in order fulfillment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas.
  • Assist with creating and updating bin locations as inventory needs evolve.
  • Manage overstock areas to ensure items are easily traceable and properly documented.

4. General Warehouse Support

  • Assist with various warehouse functions as required, such as picking/packing orders, assembling products, outbound shipping, or basic facility maintenance.
  • Follow company safety standards and warehouse protocols at all times.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems; ERP or inventory management software experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with general supply chain processes (receiving, production, fulfillment).
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if required).
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and accountability in daily work.

Salary and Benefits: Up to $27/hr | Paid Vacation | Health Benefits | Bonus
