Position Overview:

As a Plumbing Technician, you will work alongside a skilled team of plumbers and apprentices to perform onsite service, maintenance, and repairs for residential plumbing and HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Technicians are expected to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems using best-in-class tools and technology, with an emphasis on preventative and predictive maintenance. You will represent the organization professionally while delivering reliable, high-quality service to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential plumbing and related HVAC systems
  • Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ensure all work complies with provincial plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all job sites
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain a mobile inventory of tools and parts
  • Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service experience


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Journeyman Red Seal Plumber (required)
  • Class A or B Plumbing ticket
  • Residential service and plumbing experience considered a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of provincial plumbing codes and standards
  • Proven experience in plumbing service work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, driven attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
