About our client:


Our client offers clinically proven personal care products and medications prescribed by Canadian physicians and dispensed by licensed pharmacists. They are looking for a dedicated candidate to join their Care Team and provide excellent customer service, mainly over the phone and messaging platforms, while delivering a personalized customer experience.


The successful candidate will process orders and customer requests with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each interaction.


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills, capable of adapting to a wide range of customer needs.
  • Brings an energetic, positive outlook with a passion for helping others.
  • Able to quickly build rapport through conversation and provide a personalized experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and live

chats, while maintaining speed and accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

  • Proficient with computers and comfortable using company-specific software programs.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or telemarketing role is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare retail sales is an asset.
  • Fluent in French is mandatory.


This position is full time. The hourly wage is $19/hour. Full benefits, Extended Health care, Dental care and vacation is offered.


Schedule is Monday to Friday in their Burnaby office with flexibility to work weekends if necessary. They offer an amazing culture in the office.
