Responsibilities


Visual Content Production

  • Produce high-quality product photography (studio, lifestyle, installation, detail shots).
  • Film and edit product videos, assembly guides, brand stories, and social content.
  • Maintain consistent lighting, colour accuracy, and styling across all visual assets.
  • Manage studio equipment, lighting setups, and camera gear.
  • Capture early-stage prototypes and samples in collaboration with R&D.


Product Renderings & Digital Imagery

  • Create or oversee creation of 3D renderings, product visuals, and exploded views.
  • Update imagery when specifications, finishes, or designs change.
  • Standardize image dimensions, file formats, resolution, and naming conventions.
  • Produce digital mock-ups for packaging, website use, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all visuals accurately represent product materials, textures, and dimensions.


Written Content & Copywriting

  • Write clear and consistent product copy for website, catalogues, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Draft how-to guides, installation instructions, and product descriptions.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all channels.
  • Edit and proofread all outward-facing content for clarity, accuracy, and tone.
  • Support social, email, ad campaigns, and press releases with written content.


Content Management & Filing

  • Organize all visual and written content into a structured master library.
  • Maintain strict naming conventions, folder architecture, and metadata tagging.
  • Manage version control to ensure outdated content is replaced correctly.
  • Ensure quick and reliable content retrieval for Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams.
  • Maintain backups and prepare assets in appropriate formats for various channels.


Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with Product Development/R&D to document products throughout all stages.
  • Support Sales with custom content requests (presentations, customer-specific imagery).
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, product launches, and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with IT/Operations to ensure accurate uploads and product page visuals.
  • Liaise with external photographers, videographers, and creative agencies as required.


Brand Standards & Quality Control

  • Uphold and enforce company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Review all content for quality, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Ensure every asset supports the brand pillars: Care, Assure, Elevate (“Beautifully Done”).
  • Identify content gaps and proactively develop solutions.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.



Qualifications


Technical & Creative Skills

  • Strong product photography and videography skills.
  • Proficiency in editing and post-production (photo and video).
  • Experience with 3D rendering or the ability to manage external rendering partners.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to maintain consistent visual and verbal brand identity.


Organizational Skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large volumes of content.
  • Strong file management practices with experience in structured asset libraries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and version control simultaneously.
