Senior Manager – Global Business Leadership
 Location: Ideally based in the Maple Ridge/Vancouver, BC area
A dynamic and strategic leader is sought to oversee global operations—spanning multiple regions and brands within the Geosolutions space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with broader Geosolutions goals.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability across systems, assets, and workflows.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and enhance maintenance practices for optimal asset performance.
Financial Management
- Full P&L ownership for multiple sensing brands.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.
Team & Culture
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
- Champion collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee succession planning and support professional development across the team.
Customer Solutions & Innovation
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through responsive solutions and innovative product development.
- Safeguard intellectual property and monitor emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Safety & Compliance
- Instill a safety-first mindset throughout all operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and proactively manage operational risks.
Travel Expectations
- Regular presence required at offices in Maple Ridge, BC and Fredericton, NB.
- Additional travel (up to 20%) within Canada and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years in senior management, preferably leading a business unit
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, strategic execution, and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management, including at the executive level
- Background in business development, operations, and financial planning
- International business experience preferred
- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change
- Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills

Compensation & Benefits
- 
Salary Range: C$300K – C$330K
- 
Bonus Eligibility: Annual short-term incentive plan
