Our client is a fast-growing digital health platform focused on expanding access to specialized care through innovative online solutions. Having built strong traction through direct-to-consumer channels, we are now entering a new phase of growth driven by strategic partnerships. This role will lead and build that new acquisition engine.


The Role

They are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and scale new customer acquisition channels beyond paid media. This is a hands-on, builder role suited for someone who thrives in early-stage environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and launch high-impact acquisition channels (e.g., clinics, practitioners, affiliates, influencers)
  • Execute outreach, negotiate partnerships, and structure referral models
  • Build scalable systems to onboard partners and drive measurable revenue growth


Candidate Profile

They are seeking a high-agency, entrepreneurial operator with experience in growth and partnerships.


What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to drive revenue and a strong understanding of acquisition funnels
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and deal-making
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a scrappy approach


Compensation

  • Competitive base salary or hourly wage, dependent on candidate preference, with strong performance-based upside
