Purpose of the Role
The Head of Operations leads the company’s operational backbone—driving excellence, scalability, and consistency across warehousing, logistics, production, and customer experience. This role ensures that every process aligns with the company’s strategic goals, enabling profitable growth, seamless execution, and an empowered, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all operational functions, aligning daily performance with company goals and KPIs.
- Oversee warehouse, logistics, production, and customer success teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and brand consistency.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, cost controls, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Drive process optimization and system enhancements, including ERP and operational software upgrades.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for operations, warehousing, and customer success, ensuring data accuracy and performance transparency.
- Build, train, and mentor high-performing teams through clear expectations, development plans, and succession strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to streamline communication and decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, cultivating a proactive safety culture across all departments.
- Support facilities management and contribute to broader operational initiatives as directed by leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success managing end-to-end operations with measurable improvements in efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-department teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Skilled in change management and implementing process automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
