Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics for the Managing Directors.
- Prepare, proof, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest discretion.
- Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive communications.
- Draft, review, and manage professional communications on behalf of executives.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions are completed.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, team gatherings, and client events.
- Ensure seamless execution of company functions and stakeholder engagements.
Project & Task Management
- Track progress on key projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare data to support decision-making.
- Assist in executing strategic priorities and operational improvements across departments.
Administrative & Office Support
- Support general administrative operations to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and provide cross-functional support when needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties and special assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional polish.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
