Workday Functional Consultant - Permanent

Salary guideline: £70,000 - £80,000 pa (DOE) + 10% Bonus, Pension up to 6% contributory, Health Insurance, Life Assurance etc.

Base Location: Hybrid – 20 UK WIDE base location offices available

The Client:

As a Workday Functional Lead Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Workday HCM projects, showcasing your expertise in functional design and configuration. Your responsibilities will include working with clients at various levels, providing invaluable insights to drive best practices and addressing opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing clients on optimal Workday solutions to meet HR process requirements.
• Leading and advising during the Architect stage, including process and solution design with gap analysis.
• Overseeing Workday configuration, system testing, defect fixing, and legacy data mapping.

Your Profile:

• Experience as a Workday Functional Consultant in at least three end-to-end Workday deployments - they need to have delivered the project
• Experience working with a workday partner would be useful.
• In consultancy you will be dealing with complicated customers – so strong stakeholder management experience is essential.
• Strong consulting skills, including effective presentation and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to drive Workday functional design, making informed decisions in collaboration with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, including international statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM data requirements and awareness of the Workday Roadmap and its competitors.
• A positive "can-do" attitude, coupled with a willingness to share and learn from peers.

Desirable:

• Current Workday certifications in Workday HCM and at least two other functional areas.
