Low Voltage Project Coordinator

The Low Voltage Project Coordinator will support and coordinate multiple low voltage projects from planning through execution. This role acts as the central point of communication between field teams, vendors, project managers, and clients to ensure projects are properly scheduled, materials are ordered on time, and job sites are prepared for smooth execution.

The ideal candidate understands low voltage systems and field workflows, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of tracking schedules, materials, and project progress. This is a desk-based, in-office role with close collaboration across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules with management, field staff, and customers

• Manage procurement and track materials from order through delivery

• Support project managers with in-office coordination and documentation

• Track job progress, costs, and materials across multiple projects

• Ensure supplies, plans, and deliveries are prepared in advance

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and field teams

• Maintain accurate project records and follow up on outstanding items


Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience in low voltage, project coordination, or scheduling

• Working knowledge of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, networking, cabling, hardware)

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment


Location: In-office

Type: Full time

Salary: $80,000–$85,000/year
