A large and rapidly growing organization serving a workforce of over 400 employees is seeking a VP of HR to lead and elevate the company’s people operations. This executive level role focuses on building a strong workplace culture, supporting leadership, and ensuring HR operations run effectively across multiple sites.
The VP of HR will manage a team of HR professionals while working closely with senior leadership to strengthen employee engagement, improve satisfaction, and support organizational growth. This role requires a highly confident and charismatic leader who can represent the company internally, communicate effectively with employees at every level, and foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands on leadership. They will oversee HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while building programs that promote engagement, retention, and alignment with company values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ HR professionals
• Oversee HR operations across a multi site organization
• Strengthen company culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Represent leadership during company meetings and internal events
• Build strong relationships with employees across all levels of the organization
• Develop programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and strategy
Qualifications:
• Senior HR leadership experience managing HR teams
• Experience overseeing HR operations in a mid to large organization
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse teams
• Strategic thinker who can also execute operational initiatives
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
• Healthcare experience a plus but not required

Salary: $175,000–$225,000/year (DOE)
