This role involves reviewing and accurately coding medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining thorough documentation. The salary ranges from $60K to $65K, and a hybrid work option may be available based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:

• Review and code medical records using standardized coding procedures.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and coding queries.
• Stay updated on industry coding practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location: Toms River (Hybrid may be an option)
