We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented R&D Engineer to support new product development initiatives. This role focuses on transforming ideas into structured, well documented, and launch ready solutions by conducting research, creating technical documentation, and supporting prototype development.

The R&D Engineer will work closely with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product concepts are properly designed, validated, and prepared for production. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while coordinating across departments.

This role requires strong technical documentation skills, hands on experience with CAD and 3D tools, and the ability to support product testing, prototyping, and development processes in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

R&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Research product concepts, industry standards, and best practices

• Create and maintain CAD drawings and technical documentation

• Document prototypes, testing results, and engineering decisions

• Support prototyping and product validation efforts

• Manage R&D workstreams from concept through handoff to production

• Coordinate timelines and execution across product, engineering, and manufacturing teams

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD and 3D design tools

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Familiarity with cabinetry or manufacturing processes preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non technical teams

• Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving environment
