We're seeking a Title 1 Director to join our team in Brooklyn. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Title 1 programs to support student achievement.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of Title 1 initiatives.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure effective program implementation.
• Monitor Title 1 budget allocations and expenditures.
• Provide professional development and support to educators on Title 1 guidelines and strategies.
• Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations related to Title 1 programs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Certification in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred.
• Previous experience in Title 1 program management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Title 1 programs.
