A growing construction company in Englewood, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in AIA contracts, project documentation, and construction processes, and able to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
• Review and enforce AIA contract requirements
• Lead and mentor a project team after onboarding and training
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and company policies
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience in construction or related fields
• Strong knowledge of AIA contracts and construction documentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
