Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage both inside and outside sales teams
Establish ambitious sales targets and ensure team accountability
Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and inspire the team
Recruit and train new sales team members for growth
Create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive success
Cultivate a positive, success-focused sales culture
Track sales metrics and report on team performance
Partner with other departments to align sales strategies and objectives
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a director role or a comparable senior sales position
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and industry best practices
Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership
Strong ability to analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions

Salary: $140K-$180K + Commission
