The Account Manager will ensure that client needs are clearly understood and met by each department within the company, allowing clients to focus on growing their own businesses.
Responsibilities include properly setting up and maintaining client accounts, addressing and managing clients' concerns, finding solutions to every client issue, and communicating with other departments and company leadership to ensure clients experience a positive client-company relationship.
Since many of the services needed by clients are delivered by other company departments, this position will not be expected to provide detailed services and analyses specific to any one department. However, it is expected to communicate client expectations clearly to help formulate the necessary responses.
