Our construction company in Boro Park is hiring for a Sales Position. This role offers a monthly salary of $3,000 plus a commission of 6% on all sales, each starting at $100K or more. If you have a strong sales background and are interested in high-value sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Familiarity with construction materials and processes (preferred but not required).
