The Corporate Medical Director will provide clinical oversight and strategic leadership across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role supervises facility Medical Directors, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and improved patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in long term care, understands CMS regulations and reimbursement structures, and has the leadership presence to drive quality initiatives across a multi site organization. This role focuses on performance improvement, compliance, physician alignment, and strengthening standards of care system wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight across multiple SNF locations

• Supervise and support facility Medical Directors

• Partner with administrators and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulatory requirements

• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives

• Monitor clinical metrics and patient outcomes

• Support survey readiness and audit processes

• Drive best practices in long term care medicine

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active medical license

• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

• Multi site or corporate level leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and reimbursement models

• Proven track record in quality improvement and regulatory compliance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
