The Survey Reviewer will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in survey reviews while managing survey orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the title insurance industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This is a flexible position offering the opportunity to work remotely while supporting critical operations in the real estate/title process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review property surveys for accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Manage survey orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and surveyors as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title insurance industry (required).
• Strong knowledge of surveys and related title issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment.
