A children's fashion company based in Howell, NJ, is looking for a smart, capable, and organized Customer Service Manager to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $35+ per hour in a great environment. The ideal candidate will have some customer service or retail experience. Essential soft skills for this position include excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask and thrive under pressure.



Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries regarding inventory availability, sizing, orders, returns, and shipping or quality issues via email and phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise customer service staff as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
