Mechanic Parts and Inventory Coordinator

The Mechanic Parts and Inventory Coordinator will manage all maintenance-related inventory processes, ensuring the right parts, tools, and supplies are available when needed. The role requires exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through in tracking, ordering, and documenting inventory activity.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in purchasing, inventory, or maintenance support and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all maintenance parts, tools, and supply inventory.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and purchasing teams to support operations.
  • Optimize storage, accessibility, and cost efficiency for parts and supplies.
  • Track and communicate inventory performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or maintenance operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and reliable work style.


Location: Newark, NJ (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000–$90,000/year
